I Alison Shadrake (Aliwags) keeps detailed records of all dogs, treatments. New clients must sign a disclaimer form and some personal details will be retained by myself. Client data will be treated in accordance to the data protection principles of the Data Protection Act and will not be shared with 3rd parties.
Personal data I collect
- Owners Name
- Contact information including home and email address
- Dogs information including vets details
- Demographic information such as postcode
- Financial details if required to process a payment or refund
- Basic contact details and information via my website
What I Do With The Information given
The information I collect is used to allow me to give the best service possible and for legal reasons under ‘claims occurring’ insurance.
- Internal Record Keeping –treatment details and any abnormalities found (which I update after each treatment).
- Appointment confirmation and reminders by phone, email or my facebook page messenger
- I may use the information to improve our products and services.
- From time to time, I may also use your information to contact you for marketing or promotional information by email, phone, my facebook page (www.facebbok.com/aliwagss) or mail.
- Pictures of your dog may be placed on my website or facebook page. (If permission has been given on client information card)

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
I will NOT share your informarion with anyone else (other than within my own practice, or as required for legal process) without explaining why it is necessary
